Born and raised in Naples. Moved to the US 30 years ago. In my opinion Naples is most beautiful city in the world. I left my heart there. I go back every summer to visit family.

Just left naples and it was amazing, people are super nice there is bunch of police to maje sure everything is safe and the city is interesting… it doesn’t look like disney world but it’s a nice town and i would reccomend it

I loved Napoli , I stayed in Chiaia about 20 mins walk to the egg castle etc and a beautiful walk along the seafront ! female solo traveler and felt safe . Loved the authenticity.

I would have absolutely no problem going to Napoli as a solo traveller! Felt a hell of a lot safer there than I do in my own capital city of Dublin. Napoli is AMAZING

honestly babe atp dont even tell them, prices in the city centre are getting insane and cultural hotspots are closing down to make space for cheap streetfood places

I'm from Mexico and was there in Napoli like 3 weeks ago, a lot of people warned me about Naples but honestly it was very similar to a mexican neighboorhood. People were so nice, food was a delight to say the least, and I really enjoyed It so much! I cannot stand all the hate :( As you said, every city has its good and bad areas, just do research, enjoy and keep an eye to your stuff and safety as you would do in every other place haha
