I have a m2f friend who had bottom surgery. He was an early transsister from 2010's and suffers from nerve damage. She was the only reason I became very against surgeries that to me seemed invasive. I am just hurt trans people are hurting and scared for them to go through anymore pain. A trans parent explained more to me about how a lot of surgeries are now improving people's lives. I'm growing my mind thanks for sharing your experience.

I had a single mastectomy for medical reasons. the fact it is a major surgery says it all. noone would put themselves through that unless they felt really uncomfortable in their body. its not a decision you make overnight!

People who say things like this don't understand that it's not that we just "don't like a part of our bodies" top surgery was a life changing experience for me. I did not feel like that part of me WAS a part of my body

I had a reduction at 16 cause of series back pain (and some issues I was having with my appearance but I was ignoring my bad feelings) and then top surgery at 24 once I realized it was all dysphoria funny enough the top surgery was wayyyyy easier to heal from

I want them gone. My back hurts, I can’t see my feet. Exercise is uncomfortable. I can’t wear button shirts. My posture is crud. They touch the sides of my arms. I cannot cross my arms. No reduction. Just gone.

I had a reduction a few years ago for very similar reasons. I never felt like they belonged to my body. sometimes I wish I had gotten them removed completely

Like i’m a cis woman but I’m also autistic and have e cups. They drives me insane and everyday I wish they were way smaller. Ever since I was 14 I have hated them
