ALSO my facialist clued me in. sunscreen is a anti-inflammatory. so when they are red like that I'll put a mineral sunscreen on em twice a day. makes the angryness subside SO much faster ❤️

Wow that helped so much!! I used to get these in the same place. Do you happen to sleep with your hands balled up against your neck or chin. I do! ✋🏼 lol. So try only putting face cream on hands before bed, or just always. Love you bye 😘

Sadly, drawing salve has been around for ages. My mother swore by it, and she was a depression baby. I used it when I was a teenager for splinters and stuff. Unfortunately the cosmetics industry banks on us wanting “new & improved” and that’s why most of us don’t remember the old stuff that actually works. I’m glad to see it coming back.

I got really bad cystic acne in that area when I changed birth control. Apparently it can be hormonal related. Took about a year to regulate and stop. To help with scaring I wear by vitamin C & E 💕

Ampicillin has helped me so much get my cystic acne under control! I use it only when I have one pop up now, which is usually just around my period

my derm says cystic acne is just inflammation and can't really be treated externally. It's all hormonal. Also, colloids don't "extract".

I had those same ones on my neck and I started the vitamins on here the soothe and smooth. They all went away. I didn’t believe it would work but figured I had nothing to loose. I don’t sale it either
