from what I gather from another POV. Guy with anger issues was trying to drive down a street that should have been cordoned off, or had been cordoned in and was trying to move his car. People started attacking his car, not letting him leave, instead of just moving out the way, then someone's smashed his back window with a camping chair, he got royally peed off and ploughed everyone down... Not foreign. Not terrorism. Just a lot of pointless aggression that resulted in innocent people being hurt.

Authorities have confirmed the incident is not being treated as terrorism and that the man in custody, a white British male from Liverpool, is believed to have been the driver of the vehicle. So it won’t be treated as terrorism 😳
