There are actually 3 of them in old town. All with similar stories, this one is cute so gets the most attention. No one lives there but I do think the current owners rent it for events (small events).

originally that isn't what a spite house is. a spite house is made because a couple gets divorced and one of them builds a house on the property to block their view and forcing the other to see them every day 😄 we have one in Franklin NY.

I lived in 300 sf many years ago. You get really focused on limiting possessions. OTOH you can clean it stem to stern in under an hour.
