I fully agree that degenerate needs to be locked up but 1st degree idk man. other than him just not leaving during the confrontation it wasnt premeditated. I dont believe he took the knife there intending to harm someone. I want him in jail but I dont agree with 1st degree. it'll probably get reduced during the trial to 2nd or pled out to 2nd degree. at the end of the day bad shit happened and a young man made a bad decision. idk I have mixed feelings about it.
