How scary is it right??!! Our parents bought homes for 50-100k .. my parents built a brand new home 5 bedroom 2.5 acres for $$200,000 in 2003… 20 years later and can’t even buy a small block of land for that.

I hear you. $30/hr is not livable. My expenses are super low and it’s still $990/wk without a rental. Owning a car and fuel is expensive, so are groceries. I’m only paying $150wk land rent now I’m also renting a room and barely able to live.

Its not you, its the fact our wages have not increased to be able to survive in this economy. We shouldnt have to give up living our lives just to afford a house. And those who think u should be doing nothing and sitting at home just saving, are just settling with the situation we are all in rather than wanting better for themselves.
