It's a useless project & a waist of money, there's number of rivers in SA & tht river flows into SA. Why can't they trap it & build a dam to supply it through SA?

It's not as if Lesotho has a way of keeping/storing that water and preventing it from flowing into South Africa. I always wonder why South Africa has to pay for that water.
