the sign seems true to me I find it hard to believe that woman thought she had a justifiable reason to call the police that's just ridiculous the 911 dispatcher should have explained to her that she was wasting their time and to only call to report a crime not something that offends her that's not the job of law enforcement and to call crying about it is wasting their time and not to do it again
