What you talking about dear . the tenant should handover the unit at the same condition when he moved in . clean , painted & eventually without any damage . tenant can do this by himself through.

I’m stuck in one situation, I had booked my flight ticket with make my trip and after while I checked my flight ticket there was a typo mistake in my first name I was this Mubammad instead of this Muhammad so on the same time I’ve submitted my request for change name for makemytrip after taking time they asked me to pay 65Aed for name correction, I paid and they took two weeks and they didn’t send me any correct ticket so I emailed them and after they called me and said you have to pay more 200 something dirhms I said I’ll not pay that much amount for just name correction they were insisting and saying otherwise it’s not possible. Can u please assist me with that where shall I complain about this. I’ve already checked ded website but It was written they are not accepting tourism complain

@ChaRen_22: Sir good day, what if we are not renewing the tenancy contract? Are they allowed to fine us 4000 if we did not give 2 months notice? It is not written in the contract also.. But they send an email about mandatory notice but no amount of fine was mentioned in that mail. I overlooked the email. Please advice..

Are you able to make the owner pay for the fees incurred to get the deposit back and if there has been more inconveniences such as cutting off dewa, trying to increase when not allowed, trying to not respect the contract and actually not repescting the contract by cutting off dewa?
