@tyler_2271: For those who do not understand and need further explanation, I would like to explain it as thoroughly as possible. Since I have taken the time to learn and study the subject seriously, I am sure that whoever hears this explanation will be able to understand it easily. I will try to use the language as easily as possible and will try to avoid the technical terms that may confuse it so that everyone can apply and transmit it correctly. First of all, it must be understood that everything in the world, whether natural or man-made, always has a place to go, nothing happens irrationally, everything is logical and scientifically explainable, and as a person who has studied and reviewed these data for a long time, I am ready to explain this to you in the most detail. Explaining it scientifically requires the use of proven data and principles. The principles I'm going to explain are not just weightless words or stories that don't support it. I'm going to try to illustrate and use scientific reasoning so that everyone can understand it easily and certainly apply it. I guarantee you, no one can explain it as easily as I do. Whether it's for physics, chemistry, biology or even mathematics reasons, I'm ready to give you examples related to everyday life. But in this case, to give you a brief summary and a simplest scientific explanation, I have to say that it has the most obvious explanation, and the answer is, I don't know.

People claiming this is easy are lying so hard. Someone explain how to simplify the 16sin^2(2t) if it’s so easy?

We just do integral between 4 and 0 and intergrade C which will give you the area R?

but if you understand trig identities & intergration then why is it feared? maybe a lil time consuming but definitely not that hard

Sir Swellow :
Parametric integration So You differentiate X with respect to T times it by the Y equation and use trig identity from there
