I need HELP. I double cleanse every night. I rotate exfoliating pads and retinol along with vitamin C and hydrating products. I constantly break out on my chin. Don’t know why.

Question about spf—I get ready at about 7am before the uv is high enough to damage, and spf needs to be reapplied every 2 hours, I wear a hat and apply spf to my hands and neck when I go to lunch but is this enough?
