@lisaontheglow: “Girl, you’re not crazy — it’s your hormones. And that melasma? Triggered by heat, sun, and stress. Wear your SPF, chill your skin, and go get those labs done. #melasmatreatment #melasma #hormonalimbalance #spfobsessed #skincaretips #over40skincare #melasmaskincare #hotflashesandhyperpigmentation”
Nothing works I tried everything then got luvelan blu and it was completely gone after 1 session. Following summer out in sun as normal and it did not come back

Try Dr V on YouTube. She’s an Indian dr that specializes in melasma and I use her products. It gets better but still not gone. I just started hrt therapy & hoping that helps.

I think at that point you could invest in laser and chemical peels. Topical only do so much.

I'm not a doctor but this was the mixture I used, it was a prescription
hydroquinone 6%
retinoic acid0.025%
hydrocortisone 1%
I hope this helps cause mine was the worst I looked like a cheetah darker then yours and orangish all over my face it helped a lot I stopped using it and now I'm doing microneedling. I love my results I haven't shared my journey yet.
