@physiotj: Guys, kegels alone won’t get the job done. Studies suggest that 50-85% of cases of pelvic floor dysfunction are associated with a hypertonic pelvic floor (tight) versus a hypotonic pelvic floor (weak). Understanding how to achieve a well rounded routine to stretch/relax the pelvic floor followed by exercises to engage the pelvic floor is often more effective than kegels alone. #physicaltherapy #pelvicfloorexercises #pelvichealth #pelvicpain #erectiledysfunctionsolution #miamibeach #fyp
Do you have stretching and strengthening examples? 🙏
