@puckvandrenth: WIEIAD, as a gymgirl eating at maintenance -> keep my muscle and lose some fat ✨ Breakfast: yoghurt bowl, berries, dates, honey Snack: rice cakes, goat cheese, honey & salt Lunch: steak, avocado (would usually eat sourdough with this but ran out) Snack: brownie (accidentally forgot an egg, but was still eatable oops) Dinner: beef rice bowl, berries, cottage cheese, goat cheese, avo & honey I focus on eating as non processed & organic as possible, & try to get my proteins out of my foods (meat & dairy mostly). I’m around +/- 2800-3000 cals daily, cause the gains NEED fuel to grow & maintain girlies 🍑 + A little side note, I’m eating intuitively & not tracking my cals or macro’s!
