IT Support here. For those wondering about where to start, look for multilocation factories and businesses and not just places like Banks or Hospitals. I work at a Chicken Company but is an enterprise. those companys are more apt to bring someone in that's less experienced or has no degree. Getting your foot in the door is all it takes!
