Literally nothing but sleep gets rid of my migraines. And sometimes not even that. AND it's so hard to fall asleep when you're in so much pain 😩

It doesn't work for me. What usually works is 2 excedrin migraine pills and a regular Coke. Although when the attacks are bad with neck pain, nausea, light sensitivity, noise sensitivity, nothing helps but a dark, quiet room with noise canceling headphones and a couple of hours of sleep.

migraine are caused by inner conflict with external issues. until it's resolved it won't relent. "Exposing the Spiritual Roots of Disease" this statement is true and I just resolved the inner conflict i was having and now my migraine is gone. thank me later

Will forever swear by my daith piercing. Spent years of my life taking weeks off school because of them and as soon as I got my daith they stopped. Do I still get headaches? Yes. Do I get migraines? Once or twice a year, mostly during times of high stress. Does it work for everyone? No. Did it work for me? Yes.

it helps as someone that as chronic migraines . dark room, hot bath and lavender helps sooo much granted though i do still recommend taking your migraine pills because they are a short term fix. that more way to help speed you your meds working.

Nope it does not help. Probably being reported by people with just bad headaches. I get very annoyed when people use migraine when all the have is a headache. If you can work or take couple of paracetamol it’s not a migraine .

Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing gets rid of a headache/start of a migraine like excidrin but if I try to do natural ways and let the migraine “go away on its own” then the migraine gets so bad to the point not even excidrin works and then I’m throwing up from the pain 😭

Depending on how severe the attack is, if it’s real bad I usually end up in the ER. But my more mild ones I do an ice hat, ibuprofen, zofran, and imitrex..
