I have been in a place where I couldn’t even lift my arms to brush my teeth let alone go out and spend time with my horses and it is so amazing when you can just enjoy a day doing things that you love and have the energy and strength to do it. #blessed

I had a riding accident Jan 1st. Many thought I’d be afraid to go to the barn or ever ride again. They don’t realize the barn and my horse are my sanctuary and my sanity. ❤️
