Lean Ground Beef -> Cheese Tortellini -> 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese -> 1/4 Cup Parm Cheese -> 1 Cup Marinara Directions: • Cook ground beef in skillet. • While beef is cooking boil water for tortellini. • Add tortellini to water for 5ish minutes. • While tortellini is cooking.. add sauce, cottage cheese and parm cheese to a blender and blend until smooth. • Once tortellini is cooked drain it. • Add the meat and sauce into pan with the tortellini. • • • • • #highproteinmeals #highprotein #dinnerprep #DinnerIdeas #dinnerrecipes
