The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us a beautiful way to seek Allah’s protection when we feel pain: place your hand on the painful area, say “Bismillah” three times, then recite the following dua seven times: أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ “I seek refuge in Allah and in His Power from the evil of what I find and what I fear.” A small sunnah, but a powerful reminder that even in our pain, we are never alone.
