I think if you get to the bank at 4am, irrespective of the weather, you still wait for the bank to open at the correct time. Don't blame that office for opening at the stipulated time. Now you are complaining, do you know that if anyone of those on the queue can get inside at 4am and unfortunately die in there before the stipulated time, you will want to have SASSA staff accountable
