I wouldn’t let her watch tv, that’s almost rewarding her. She can play quietly in her room or sit on her bed with books. And don’t let her nap when she gets home tired from school, keep

I raised 4 kids. You can't make her sleep but some things that might help: a solid bedtime routine with a book and a bath, no caffeine, unplug the internet at 8 pm and no phone access. if none of that works or if you're already doing all of that, I would take her to the doctor and have them help you trouble shoot this. She needs sleep and you do too. Mothering is not a sprint, its a marathon.

No screen time 2 hours before bed was a life changer for us. No tv or computer or anything 2 hours before bed

I’ve never had a child refuse to sleep but my child at that age wasn’t watching tv and manning the remote. Gen X stet boundaries. No one feels sorry for you

Make with her... (so she'll be proud of it and love to look at it) a chore chart‼️One that has changeable features without writing (velcro words, numbers, symbols). Velcro so she can have a "find it" game when she looks for a label to update her chore chart.
You can make new labels later in life as new chores get added due to her abilities.
Incorporate a reward system, tracking progress towards the reward that she can update and watch.
Now the funnest part!!!! Add chores like 50 backwards step laps around the kitchen island, or carry clean clothes from the basket in the living room up to our rooms (by hand so it takes her lots of trips to do.
Have her do these things before dinner then fill her belly and do your bedtime routine. Make her excited about helping you run energy off of her. 🙂
