-preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tray with 6 liners -add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well -add in dry ingredients to the same bowl and combine -divide dough in half, with a spoon or scooper, scoop out dough and fill up half of each muffin liner -with a small spoon make a hole in the middle of dough and fill with extra almond butter -use the rest of the dough to top off the muffins, top with extra chocolate chips -bake for 13-14min SNICKERS ICE CREAM BARS Recipe: -line a loaf pan with parchment paper and layer ingredients in this order: -melted dark chocolate  -sliced bananas -pitted medjool dates -smooth nut butter  -chopped almonds or peanuts -melted dark chocolate  -flaky sea salt -place in freezer for 2-3 hours Enjoy! #lutealphase #cyclesyncing #womenshealth #holistichealth #healthydessert
