An establishment that does not cater to college kids, one for the “over 40” crowd to listen to music. Americana Roots, Blues , Bluegrass, classic rock….country music even…just not Pop/ country.

Please not a parking lot. I love the design of the current building. An upscale restaurant with an expansive outdoor seating area would be killer. Greenville has great nighttime weather with minimal patio options.
