@cookwithhali: Cinnamon Roll Focaccia Sticky, soft, buttery, and full of cinnamon flavor Dough Ingredients: • All-purpose flour: 400g (3¾ cups) • Water: 350g (1⅓ cups + 1 tbsp) • Instant yeast: 1 tsp (3g) • Sugar: 1 tbsp (13g) • Canola oil (or any neutral oil): 30g (2 tbsp) • Salt: 1 tsp (5g) — sprinkled on top after mixing Cinnamon Filling: • Unsalted butter: 113g (1 stick) • Brown sugar: 100g (½ cup) • Ground cinnamon: 2 tbsp • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp Icing (optional): • Cream cheese: 1 tbsp (15g) • Powdered sugar: 2–3 tbsp (to taste) • Milk: 1–2 tsp (just enough to drizzle) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix water, yeast, sugar, and oil. 2. Add all-purpose flour and mix with a spatula until just combined. 3. Sprinkle salt on top of the dough — don’t mix it in. 4. Cover and rest for 15 minutes. 5. Do the first fold: fold like an envelope (top-bottom, side-side). 6. Rest another 15 minutes, then do the second fold: pick up the dough and fold it into itself from underneath (as shown in video). 7. Cover and refrigerate overnight or longer. Next Day: 1. Melt butter until lightly browned. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well. 2. Pour half of the cinnamon butter mixture on top of the dough, fold the dough gently, and let it rest for 30–40 minutes. 3. Pour the other half of the cinnamon butter on top. 4. Press with your fingers to shape like focaccia rolls. 5. Bake at 380°F (195°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. 6. Cool slightly, drizzle with icing, and enjoy warm! #cinnamonroll #focaccia #cinnamonrolls #bread #homemade #baking #tiktokfood #sweets #cinnamon #focacciabread #delicious
