But if you’re not strength training 4-5x/week you won’t be your best self for your family. I train for 45-60min 5-6 days/week in my garage or driveway using two dumbbells and a barbell. I do multi-joint compound lifts to build functional strength to make my daily dad duties easier and to recruit more muscle in less time. I row for 10min before lifting. I walk my dogs 3-4 miles/day. I get 300g+ protein/day. I’ve been a trainer since 2012. I’ll be 39 this summer.
