That tub and tile paint lasts 5-6 months tops then it starts chipping. If you live in a humid area of the us like Texas don’t do it

make sure you have a high quality respirator because the smell of this stuff will overwhelm your entire living space, it's horribly toxic, other than that, it's a great landlord special.
