that's not how it works. at the ends of your hair it will always be a little thinner because every strand of hair is in a different point of its growth cycle. the ones that are at a later point are longest, the ones at an earlier point will not have grown out as long.

Not necessarily. I have chronic stress and it makes my hair fall off so the ends necessarily will look transparent but that’s because of how very few long hairs are left
