@yggdrasilnaturopathic: This is a real quick part one of how to repair the DAo Enzyme in histamine intolerance. The reason we want to stabilize reactions first is because if there is too much inflammation going on, that will influence how the gut is functioning and how DAO is being produced. #chronicillness #histamineintolerance #guthealth #diamineoxidase #dao #functionalmedicine

I have MCAS and am desperate for help. Antihistamines, DAO, luteolin, quercetin, KPV Peptide, probiotics, herbal teas… nothing has worked or has caused awful reactions. Following you now hoping to learn 😢

I have cfs which I think stems from histamine intolerance. I react everytime I eat anything. I’m taking quercitin, vit c, nettle tea, beef kidney(Dao). I tried non drowsy antihistamine just before bed. It knocks me out but I’m drowsy for two days following. I don’t know what to do

my symptoms are inconsistent, it happens after I exercise or when my body is subjected to extreme temperatures. It is generally hives and I've always generally been constipated but get diarrhea when ever I use ANY stool softners. Does this sound related to histamine intolerance?.

Following for that course info! My allergist said she would not test for histamine or DAO levels. How would you handle a case of suspected histamine intolerance?

I have heard that long term use of antihistamines can make your cells even more sensitive to histamine in long term, that’s why I’ve always avoided antihistamines. Is this correct?

I have suspected histamine intolerance / possibly MCAS for 25 years. Waiting to see an immunologist. Is it harmful for a person to try DAO? I react to all high histamine foods. Not sure what else. Trying to figure it out for 25 years, I keep cutting out things…

I was using H1 and H2 during a flare and I scheduled an e appointment so took my vitals, I usually don't monitor my temp but I need to now. it was 91 for several days and now is 94 never seeing 98 again. read that antihistamines can lower body temp, but I stopped taking them and my temp is still low. read that H1 and H2 can cause low body temp and if long enough make it permanent. it's not thyroid. im thinking histamine
