For all the people complaining that he makes too much go complain about ur fave athlete making $50 mil a year. This doc did college 4 years, med school 4 years, residency + fellowship 6-7 years and 21 years of working. 1 million is not enough

Mohs is very defferent than gen derm. Mohs are doing surgery exclusively which is why they double gen derm comp

They make a ton as the cms keeps their procedural wRVU high for lump and bump surgery..same way FP can easily make 500k plus based on office procedures.

We have only had one derm in my area and surrounding areas for the past 10 years (since he got started) and I just know he makes alot! There is now one of those groups about to open a clinic right across the street in June.
