![▼レシピはこちら▼「ひき肉ゴロゴロ親子丼」#おうちごはん #簡単レシピ #親子丼 #料理動画 #デリッシュキッチン 毎週月曜日11:00に家族が喜ぶ晩ごはんを配信しています！ デリッシュキッチンで働くママが実際に作っているレシピです👀 ぜひ参考にしてみて下さい♪ ※家族構成は👨👩👦(5y)👦(3y)です⠀⠀ ■材料 (3人分) ごはん どんぶり3杯(600g) 鶏ひき肉 350g 溶き卵 3個分 玉ねぎ 1個(200g) 水 200cc めんつゆ[3倍濃縮] 大さじ4 細ねぎ(刻み) 適量 ■手順 (1)玉ねぎは縦半分に切って根元を取り除き、縦に薄切りにする。 (2)鶏ひき肉をパックに入っていた形のままフライパンに入れて中火で熱する。焼き色が付いたらへらで小さめの一口大に切り分けながら裏返し、全体に焼き色をつけながら2分ほど焼く。 (3)水、めんつゆを加え、煮立ったら玉ねぎを加えて5分ほど煮る。肉に火が通ったら溶き卵をまわし入れ、半熟状になったら火を止め、ふたをして1分ほど蒸らす(具材）。(卵の半熟具合はお好みで、加熱時間によって調整しましょう。) (4)器にごはんを盛って具材をのせ、細ねぎをちらす。](/video/cover/7658203965078752529.webp)
