I'm 19 and I've never had any type of physical hobby, due to not being allowed outside when I was growing up. But now, I'm an adult, and even if it wasn't my fault back then, it's my responsibility to fix that now. My best friend and I ordered our first roller skates together today :) We're going to take lessons at the local roller rink! I'm so excited to finally have a hobby and hopefully, a passion. 😊

Thanks for this. Tennis courts were rly the only surfaces that made me feel semi safe when I started. Got skates in 2017-& I felt like most of my sk8 friends surpassed me in skill by the first few months. This gives me some confidence again.
