My dad did that to our 5lb Wacom government cheese, and well still alive and kicking. Maybe that’s why Gen X is still so good.

And we do that in a factory named Great Lakes cheese where we cut mold off a 45-600lb block of cheese and send it through the machines so don’t think everything is perfect in this world hahaha
