so while you was there and had the equipment out that was able to cut the roots out. you pulled it out knowing it would likely reblock so has to call you back out. why not cut the roots and quote to reline at a future date?

no need cut boxing in take flexi pan connector off or the waste pipe that flexi shaft would have gone through 32mm pipe so they claim lol
