My friend was told by a women in her early 20s that now you only approach someone your attracted to, to ask for thier social deets. Then you do this back & forth of liking each other's content. Then you start DMing each other. People, please just respectfully talk to each other from a place of kindness and you'll soon either connect emotionally or choose to move on.
