@isaknows: this chicken shawarma is phenomenal 🤌🏼 and really anti-inflammatory/PCOS friendly 💓 RECIPE: 1lb of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into strips or bite-sized chunks and place them in a large bowl. Add the following: • ½ tablespoon olive oil • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt • 2 tablespoons tomato paste • Juice of half a large lemon • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano • 1 tablespoon paprika • ⅓ teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1 teaspoon ground cumin • Salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the chicken to the tray, dont overcrowd the tray. Then cut some onions and toss around the chicken on the tray! Leave the chicken in there for 38 minutes. Dill Yogurt Sauce: * Greek yogurt, plain and nonfat * Finely chop 1 Persian cucumber * Finely chop 3tbsp of dill * Juice of the other half of your lemon * Salt and pepper to taste!
