if the gov thinks we can work until 70, then life expectancy is prob around 80-ish. I think they should get at least the number of years the victim had left to reach that 80-ish number. I mean they robbed his family of life with the victim and they robbed the gov of the taxes they would have received from him. you do the crime, then you do the time!
