this is probably the best representation of zoning out I have seen so far. The most realistic one. Because in the movies etc, they only show it like this when the person is shocked, shell-shocked, dr*gged, beaten etc.

As a person with inattentive ADHD, I can relate to this also I hate that both inattentive and hyperactive ADHD gets put into one category. Inattentive ADHD used to get called ADD

i had an interview today (well 2 actually) but the 1st my meds hadn’t quite hit yet so i was trying SOOOOO hard to concentrate. remember questions and be aware of my body language and face 😭 anyways, NAILED it! 💅🏼
