He took crazy amounts of heat for this, but in hindsight, where was he wrong? Since this interview, we have an entire generation of kids who grew up dependent on anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs, and people are more depressed and anxious than ever before, so what has it accomplished other than making pharma rich? These drugs don't just mask the problem; they deprive people of any emotions, positive or negative. They also have so many side effects that don't get talked about like impotence and increased dementia risks. The healthcare system in this country is not about health or care. It's about profit.
