I’ve got internal thread layers in mine so I’m not sure massage is great for me until they’ve dissolved, but have noticed quicker fade of redness when not wearing tape. Also a lot nicer skin without redness or acne so going, no tape, I guess 🤷♀️

literally nobody asked either but thought i’d share! i’ve been doing acupuncture but also on my own i’ve been doing gua sha with the bio oil! the gua sha is crazyyyy good for reducing colour !!

some people said bio oil can stain clothes so i found another option, scar care cream from la roche posay i think and massage but i got double surgery same day and got complications from it
