while I 100% support traditional agriculture and farming, there is a place for lab grown proteins. there is zero reason to ban its production or sell. the discerning customer can make that decision on their own.

We should be able to eat real food. If fake meat is going to exist at all then it should have to be clearly labeled so people who don’t want to eat it know.

It seems like the ranchers don't wanna lose business so they lobby against cultured meat. Honestly, it's pointless. if cultured meat is the future, they won't stop it, and if it's not the future, they have nothing to be worried about.
