@zaynahsbakes: You might be surprised to learn that not every woman on social media is attempting to look conventionally ‘attractive’ and skinny. It might be even more shocking to learn that my aim is to be strong and muscular and no, that doesn’t make me “manly”. As a Muslim influencer, unfortunately we get the worst of it. So much hate & judgement, and it’s usually from other women! How disappointing. After years on social media you learn to have thick skin, so I’m not making this video bc I’m offended (trust me I’ve heard much worse comments on my appearance IRL). But rather to show any young woman watching this that strong is beautiful. And to hopefully inspire young Muslim women to take care of their bodies - eat well and train hard. No makeup, a bit of belly, coconut oil in my hair and stubbly armpits. What you see is what you get 🤭😘 #bodypositivity #upperbodyworkouts #muslimgymtok #GymTok
