I’ve made this. A little tip is to bake the pastry until light brown and then add the toppings and return for 10 minutes. Prevents a soggy / underdone pastry. I usually do it at 180 in oven

what’s your oven settings? when i try the top layer comes out either too burnt or too dry, but if I take it out sooner the pastry isn’t cooked 😕
