Any tips for someone who doesnโt eat breakfast? Iโm pre op and new into my journey and my dietician just put me on a 1200c per day which isnโt hard for me, whatโs hard is they want me to stop coffee and eat breakfast. Breakfast for me has always been a protein coffee, I do t get hungry until close to 11:15 and at work my lunch is from 11:30-12

Breakfast is my favorite meal!! Usually very hungry so thatโs when I eat the most, in the morning. Easy to front load the protein too!
