Any tips for someone who doesnโ€™t eat breakfast? Iโ€™m pre op and new into my journey and my dietician just put me on a 1200c per day which isnโ€™t hard for me, whatโ€™s hard is they want me to stop coffee and eat breakfast. Breakfast for me has always been a protein coffee, I do t get hungry until close to 11:15 and at work my lunch is from 11:30-12

Breakfast is my favorite meal!! Usually very hungry so thatโ€™s when I eat the most, in the morning. Easy to front load the protein too!
