Recipe for Bagel: 240 Calories 0g Fat 38g Carbs 19g Protein INGREDIENTS: * 150g Self Rising Flour * 30g PEScience Select Multi-Purpose Protein * 180g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt * ¼ tsp Salt * 1 Egg for Egg Wash * Seasoning of Choice DIRECTIONS: 1. Add all your dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix them up. 2. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl, then use a silicone spatula to mix everything up. Once it starts to come together, use your hands to form it into a ball of dough in your bowl. 3. Add the dough to a lightly floured surface and break into 3 roughly equal-sized pieces. Knead each ball of dough for about 30 seconds until it smooths out a bit. 4. Using your palms, roll out each ball into a rope. Bring the edges together and pinch them to make sure the bagel stays formed. Continue for all 3. 5. Preheat your air fryer at 350 degrees F for about 3 minutes. 6. Add your bagels to the preheated air fryer basket. Whisk an egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the bagels, then top with the seasoning of your choice. 7. Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping the bagels after 8 minutes to allow the bottoms to brown during the final 2 minutes. 8. Remove from the air fryer and let the protein bagels sit for 10-15 minutes to firm up before slicing *macros in video are based off what I put on my bagel. Dress yours to your liking*
