Not sure if this helps but usually the earliest sign for a lot of my girls is their temperament will change a little bit. Mine usually get extra clingy extra cuddly or sometimes they go the direct opposite and they want literally nothing to do with me so if she’s had any kind of a personality change, that might be an early sign!! but I am wishing you lots of puppy dust
