9.6bn was spent to teach Ugandans how to take coffee, 60bn was spent for the coffee marathon, 100m was awarded to 500+ each to pass the UPDF bill, millions were given to Mubajje, ROKO to pay off their debts now you are pressuring us to pay taxes with poor education, healthier sectors, roads..... and also getting loans to finance next year national budget. they made this country a MESS.
