I actually almost shifted yesterday night, it was insane, I was drifting in and out of sleep and then became aware I was dreaming, I then tried to shift by starting to say affirmations and it felt like I was being engulfed by this white light and my ears rung really loudly and like my soul was being pulled, it was insane😭😭😭

first time i ever HEARD of shifting was when i was watched a youtube vid ab it right before bed and after i decided to go to bed fr. immediately woke up a lil confused, got out of bed, look around bc i felt weird, saw myself laying in bed sleeping and then the floor became like wobbly and opened up and fell back into my body and ACTUALLY woke up like 4 minutes from when i laid down 😃 nothings ever happened again

ESTO ES REALLLLL, he hecho Shifting más de 120 veces, las tengo contadas. más allá del típico verso de cambiar de mentalidad, estado de conciencia y todo eso, un amigo de la comunidad de shifters BR me comentó lo de las horas de sueño (él duerme entre 4-6 horas debido a su horario como guardia nocturno) y el ha podido ir a su dr múltiples veces, comencé a implementar lo mismo que el me decía y fue cuando pude shiftear con más constancia (antes me tardaba semanas o meses en poder volver a ir a alguna realidad), actualmente duermo 6 horas, definitivamente me ha servido más, aunque no creo que sea tan sano dormir poco siempre
