PLEASE go see a licensed derm and get their thoughts on your current approach. You do not have to put yourself through this in the name of avoiding medication. Acne is more than skin deep and it’s clearly affecting your mental health.

I know getting advice from strangers is so annoying but pls try azelic acid! Gurl the wonderssss. I had the same type of acne and scaring and god it helped so much. Wish I used it 10 years back

When my son was a teen I tried the natural way like you are, he also became depressed and the scarring only worse as we kept trying to go natural. He did end up on Accutane, I know it’s not for all but I still wish I would have just done it sooner for him. Just keep it in mind. No matter what you are beautiful ❤️

i know exactly how you’re feeling, i’m going thru the exact same thing. my acne has been getting worse and the scars have been redder than ever.. we can only pray it’ll get better, but i want u to know you’re never alone and we’ll all get thru it eventually even if it feels impossible. just keep doing what ur doing and hope for the best 💗 u coming on here takes a lot of courage and i’ll always appreciate how real u are about the struggles cuz it really is tough to go thru and no one will truly understand unless they have too 🥲

I have been on low dosage accutane for 6 weeks now. It has been life changing. I have been using supplements along with the low dosage and my skin is changing. Very mild side effects because I take 20 mg. High recommend if you have a derm you can talk to. Along with the gentle products you’re using, I think you will see positive changes in your skin.
