As a SEND TA. That right there is inclusion! It's not about treating everyone 'the same'. It's about giving everyone the opportunity to succeed. This led to a win win situation for the whole class! I work in a fantastic SEND school. I have reservations about the implementation of inclusion, but this is a teacher I would be happy to work with!

Wish that happened in my daughters school. Most of the teachers just let her struggle and leave me to deal with the consequences at home.
